
Mr. Chang is the Managing Director of NicheCurrent. He is a marketing professional with solid experiences from IT and professional services industries. His experiences cover B2B and B2C, tangible and intangible products (hardware, software, services, system); channels and large accounts; domestic and overseas markets.
David has worked for Taiwanese, American, and European companies; start-up, SMB, and large enterprises. Thus, he has a good command of international team work and localization. He is also the external advisor, speaker and instructor for CPC (China Productivity Center) and TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council).
Until 2004 David was the Vice President of a hi-tech start-up, Q6 Networks, in charge of its global expansion. Prior to this, he was Channel Sales Manager of Cabletron Systems, at the time the world's third largest network solution provider. During that period, two of its six channel partners went public because of their outstanding performance on selling the brand.
Until 1998 David was Sales Manager of Oracle, the world's largest application software company. At the time, he was managing large accounts in the government and military territories.
David holds an MBA degree from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University (RSM Erasmus University) in the Netherlands, and a BBA in Information Management from National Taiwan University.

Mr. Jiang has solid business development experiences for the China market, knows how western firms can penetrate into Chinese market, and understands how to win customers' trust through technical advantages and marketing measures. He has solid customer base in a wide range of industries in China.
Apart from marketing, Mr. Jiang has profound understanding of IT and advanced technologies. He had worked in Aerospace Industry for many years as senior engineer, designing mechanical products, developing software, and planning computer network systems, etc.
In 2005, Mr. Jiang joined ANSYS Inc, USA, one of the largest CAE software providers in the world. He was appointed as the China and Hong Kong Country Manager of ANSYS Inc. USA.
In 1995, he joined a USA-Sino joint venture, Huadi Computer Co., Ltd., focusing on the IT software and hardware marketing development, and gained great achievements. He founded the Shanghai branch and the six other branches for the joint-venture. He was promoted as the VP and Director of the Board of the joint-venture in 2000.
Henry holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, Canada, and Master and Bachelor from the China National University of Defense Technology. 
Mr. Lu has solid marketing experience from consumer product field in Greater China region (China, Taiwan and Hong Kong). His experiences cover retailing and wholesaling, fast-moving and durable consumer goods, and physical and virtual channels.
Paul was co-founder and managing director of Showmore, specialized in retailing and wholesaling of cosmetics product. Showmore targets China market, has its own online shopping mall and plans to have physical stores in outlets located in Shanghai, Wuhan and Shenyang.
Until 2006 Paul was General Manager of integrated marketing company Achilles in charge of its operation and business development. The company was providing public communication and marketing services to SMEs clients such as Genuine Computers, Chinatrust Hotels, HCG Bath in China and Taiwan.
Until 2001 Paul was Manager of British American Tobacco, the 2nd largest tobacco company in the world, based in Hong Kong and in charge of the channel development and management in Greater China region. At that time, he was managing key accounts such as chained convenience stores and hypermarkets.
Paul holds a MBA degree from Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands.

Mr. Lee has extensive business development and account management experiences for China market, especially towards large enterprises. Until 2009, Winston was the General Manager of Singapore Marine Equipments Pte Ltd, in charge of its overall operation and business development in China. At the same time, he was also the Executive Director of Singapore Superior Marine & Offshore Engineering (Shanghai) Pte Ltd.
Until 2006 Winston was the Vice President and Chief Advisor of British Baisheng Assets Management Shanghai Office. Until 2002 he was the Vice President of British Jinghan Assets Management in China. 
Mr. Yong is a Senior Advisor of NicheCurrent Korea. He is also a founder and Chief Executive Officer of KDI and its subsidiary, Namduck Moolsan.
He has been in the business of import and distribution of chemical products since he founded KDI in 1964. He also founded Namduck in 1975 in order to expand distribution business. He began logistics business by founding Youngjin Tank Terminal Co. in 1979 and subsequently built 27 tank terminals near Gunsan port.
He serves as Vice Chairman of Korea International Trade Association (KITA). Prior to KITA, he served as Chairman of Association of Foreign Trading Agents of Korea (AFTAK). He also served as National President of Korea Junior Chamber (JC) and World Vice President of Junior Chamber International (JCI).
He received Presidential Award in recognition for his promotion of international trade. |
